Cheap website design for small businesses

Introducing our Small Business Web Design Package -- a (very) low entry point for businesses on a tight budget.

Priced at AUD$999 but packing a lot of the bells and whistles you can expect from solutions three times the cost.

This represents everything a digital consultancy we shouldn’t be doing: offering a low cost solution for piece that can generate a lot of value.

So how do we do it?

Firstly, a lot of the key information the customer needs to supply. We have templates to capture that.

Secondly, we’re building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), but making sure that the foundation is solid and can scale.

Thirdly, we’re outsourcing production like everyone else does. But not marking up the cost.

Also, we use smart tools to get the job done quickly, including the project management part. For example: WordPress, Elementor, ActiveCampaign and selecting from one of a new breed of hosting providers offering great performance and an accessible price.

What do you get for the $999 bucks?

To call it a glorified landing page wouldn’t be too far off the mark, except that the branding, messaging and navigation isn’t full-on salesy. That said, the priority is to get the (right) audience engaged and to convert, whatever that looks like.

If you think about it: developing a landing page is going to cost a similar amount. We’re just adding a few pages to complete the picture.

Here’s a breakdown of the key deliverables:

Up to 10 pages, which could look like this:

  • Homepage
  • Services Page
    • Service A
    • Service B
    • Service C
  • Landing Page (that can be quickly cloned for multiple campaigns)
  • Testimonials
  • About Us
  • Contact Us
  • Legals

ActiveCampaign as the main CRM set up to capture key customer attributes via the Contact Us page as well as any Landing Page, and powering the Newsletter too.

Google Analytics set up to track form conversions and a Report built in Google Data Studio.

Talking of which, we’ll be setting up accounts for the various platforms and services too.

Interested? Give us a shout (but not all of you)

Here’s the catch: we’re only making this package available to non-funded startups, solopreneurs and micro-businesses — those on a very limited budget.

We didn’t conceive this package as a volume play and while a margin has been factored in we’re doing this to help small businesses be more effective online but also¬†also win work for them in the future.
