I launched automatico in 2016 after spending five years on large-scale marketing automation projects.
The idea was simple – take everything I’d learned in data-driven marketing and make it accessible to smaller businesses.
I started with ActiveCampaign – a great platform at the time – but its pricing has soared as it shifted focus to mid-market and enterprise clients.
Over the past year, I’ve been working with Pipedrive – specifically their SME-friendly plans and pricing.
So, who is automatico? It’s a consultancy co-owned by Zoe Lai – a well-known CRM expert in Australia – and myself. We’re supported by a small offshore team and a trusted network of partners for specialist work.
We’ve been fully remote from day one – with a distributed team that has delivered projects for clients across the globe.
